Saturday mornings
8.45am - Dynamic Yoga (60 mins)

A dynamic yoga class, open to all levels of experience.

The class will warm up to a thoughtfully sequenced flow, linking breath with movement. We’ll have opportunities to build strength and have a play with some more challenging poses with lots of options so you can adapt the practice to suit your body. The class will then wind down to some longer held floor based poses before closing with a deep relaxation.

What to bring
A yoga mat (plus any other props you might have a home you like to use).
Layers and/or a blanket for the rest at the end of class.

I’m available fot teaching in-person group classes at your workspace. These are bespoke and can focus on more gentle, restorative aspects of yoga or can be more uplifting and dynamic depending on what you think will most beneficial. Classes incorporate movement, rest and breathwork with simple but effective tools that can be taken off the mat and into the everyday to calm the nervous system at times of stress or anxiety.

One-to-one yoga sessions offer a brilliant opportunity to either deepen your practice or learn the basics in a private and calm space. Sessions are planned bespoke to your needs and give you the chance to ask any questions along the way, so that you can get the most from the practice.
