WEEKLY YOGA CLASS
I teach a weekly in-person class in Forest Hill held at the Friends Meeting House at 34 Sunderland Road, Forest Hill, London SE23 2QA.
Saturday mornings
8.45am - Dynamic Yoga (60 mins)
A dynamic yoga class, open to all levels of experience.
The class will warm up to a thoughtfully sequenced flow, linking breath with movement. We’ll have opportunities to play with some more challenging poses, with lots of options so you can adapt the practice to suit your body. The class will then wind down to some longer held floor based poses before closing with a deep relaxation.

What to bring
A yoga mat (plus any other props you might have a home you like to use).

WORKSHOPS
Yoga + Drawing Workshop
Saturday 26th October 2024
2 - 4pm, £25
A two hour workshop beginning with a dynamic yet accessible vinyasa yoga class to warm up the body and calm the mind. Followed by a relaxed drawing session with the opportunity to draw a model holding various yoga postures (clothed!).
We’ll also have a break mid-way for tea and chocolate to restore energy levels before the drawing begins!
No experience needed in either yoga or draWing to attend. This will be a fun, creative and mindful afternoon. Open to everyone!
